Humans are never broken. In fact, humans are incredibly resilient and capable of healing, despite the stressors and traumas we may endure. Through the process of unlearning self-limiting belief systems that no longer serve us, we can move toward self-acceptance and remembering our inherent worthiness and wholeness.
