Gila Brenner-Fahn, LCSW

Licensed Psychotherapist, Supervisor

As an experienced psychotherapist with over two decades of dedicated practice, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work with individuals, couples, and families. Throughout my journey in the mental health field, my commitment has been steadfast in helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and resilience.

My career has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences that have enriched my therapeutic approach. From supporting individuals grappling with depression and anxiety to assisting couples in navigating relationship struggles and fertility issues, I deeply appreciate the unique journeys and struggles each client brings into the therapy room. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients facing significant life changes and processing grief, offering unwavering support and guidance through difficult transitions.

Drawing from various modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic intervention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. By integrating evidence-based techniques with compassion and collaboration, I empower clients to explore their inner landscapes, cultivate self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives.

In my work with adults, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and personal growth. With couples, I facilitate open communication, promote understanding, and guide partners in navigating conflicts to strengthen their connection. Within families, my aim is to foster cohesion, improve communication patterns, and cultivate harmony within the family system.

Above all, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe in the inherent resilience of the human spirit and am honored to accompany clients on their journey towards healing and wholeness.
