Bridge Condron, LMSW
Licensed Psychotherapist
Bridge Condron (They/them), Licensed Master Social Worker, is a white nonbinary psychotherapist working with adults and teenagers with anxiety, ADHD, gender and sexuality exploration, low self-worth, trauma and sexual assault histories, and much more. In their work, Bridge loves helping clients nurture deep and compassionate connections with themselves, even parts of themselves that may feel shameful or that they may have struggled to find kindness towards in the past. Bridge’s work is informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic modalities, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. This means that you can expect a session with Bridge to be tailored to your specific needs, and can include growing your awareness of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions to gain more choices around your reactions to life and life’s stressors.
Bridge holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Bridge also has specialized experience working with the LGBTQIA+ and substance use recovery communities. In their free time they enjoy rock climbing, poetry, and sharing meals with loved ones.
