Avita Psychological Care is excited to announce openings for new positions on our growing team. We would like to invite qualified clinicians, fully licensed and those with restricted (limited or provisional) licenses (i.e., LMSW, LMHC, Post-Doctoral Ph.D and Psy.Ds) to practice in the state of New York to apply by following the directions below.

We emphasize building long-term relationships with clients who may recognize that sustainable change takes time and may benefit from ongoing support throughout their lives. As a boutique private practice, we also believe in the vital role that therapeutic relationships play in psychological healing. We seek highly motivated candidates with excellent personal effectiveness skills. We value candidates with a specialty or interest in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and a strong foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapies. Prior training or experience in these areas is a decisive plus, as is openness to new or additional training.

Our New York office currently offers only telehealth sessions, which provide flexibility, cost efficiency, and convenience of virtual schedules.
